Our partial planning package includes:

A detailed meeting to make sure you know what needs to be done and you don't miss anything. Don't take this lightly because we're all humans and you are getting married after all.

You can't be expected to remember everything. That's what we're here for. We'll discuss everything in detail, and we'll fill in the blanks, if any.

You need to set up timelines. If you're doing most of the execution, you still need to know what will happen when. It will help keep things organized and will also preserve your sanity. Trust us, we know.
You need to plan every detail of the ceremony. This includes a seating plan during the ceremony so that everybody knows whether they will be standing or sitting and whether they are part of the procession or not.
You also need to have a reception floor plan. This might be something you can use our help with because we use an architectural program and we create a complete overview, color-coded and all, as to how things will look on your big day and how everything will flow through.
We can also help you at the rehearsal so that everyone knows where they will stand, where they need to be, when they need to be there and what they need to do.
We will be the first ones to arrive at your wedding and the last ones to leave. We will assign two planners to work in the background to deal with things that we know you don’t want to deal with.

We don't want your parents to stress about those things either. So we'll take care of things like linens, candles, toasting glasses, guest-sign, pinning flowers, signing for rentals, gifts, bouquets, etc.

We will also handle the vendors for you. We know the last thing a bride and groom need is to have vendors come up to them and ask questions. Relax, we’ve got this.

‍The first step will be to set-up a meeting with you and your partner. During this meeting, we will ask you a lot of questions, but it’s for a good reason. We need to know what you want to be able to make it happen.

Based on what we discuss, we will then outline a plan for you. We will handle everything for you - from booking the vendors to booking the venue.

If you intend to get married during the peak Asheville wedding season (April through mid-June or September through mid-November), you will need to plan ahead. That is why we need to sit together as soon as possible so that we can you the best venue and the best vendors.

The next step will be to negotiate with these vendors and organize all the bookings for you. Once again, you don't need to bother yourself with any of this.

All you need to do is give us the go-ahead, and we'll take it from there. We will stay in touch with you on a regular basis and if you think of something, give us a call. In the meantime, we'll be making things happen.

We will need to know your budget because decisions about the venue, food, flowers, cake and everything else in between will be made accordingly. Rest easy, we will keep you on track, and we will update you on all payments and agreements as and when they happen.
