Lisa has always thrived on math, logistics, organization, and details. Lisa earned undergraduate degrees in economics and Spanish, then pursued a masters in mathematics. From birth to this day, she has always been a planner by nature. After college, she fell into the club promotion and planning business and found it to be a perfect fit, and later, when her brother and his fiancée asked her to manage their wedding plans, she decided to move on to weddings and other events. Her approach to planning is extremely organized and with purpose. Lisa enjoys getting to know the people that she works with well and making each event something extraordinarily special. While above anything she enjoys the charts, spreadsheets, and diagrams that lead up to the great success of an event, the most rewarding aspect of planning for her is finding ways to make each event unique.
On the side, Lisa enjoys singing, backpacking, Broadways, and time with family, and she LOVES to travel and find new adventures. She is readily available at almost any hour, a late-night owl by nature and an early-morning riser by necessity. She absolutely loves what she does and thrives on making her clients happy.
Ashley is a genuine and practical planner, a go-getter with a can-do attitude who can figure out how to solve any problem you throw her way. Ashley moved to North Carolina in 2007 from a small town in Michigan. She had a passion for dance and with encouragement from friends and family, she pursued her dream and danced for our Charlotte Bobcats (Hornets) Dance team from 2009-2011. Ashley met her husband right here in the beautiful Queen City. They made Cornelius, NC, their home and grew their family by 3 little ones. In her free time, she enjoys volunteering at her church and having date nights with her husband as often as they can. She is driven in life by helping others to feel good about themselves inside and out. Ashley’s motto is to “Love sincerely, give grace, have courage, be kind, and enjoy the journey." She is known for her giving nature and puts everything she has into any project she takes on.
After studying fashion abroad in Florence, Milan, Rome, and Venice, Alex found her passion in events. Appropriately, the most enjoyable aspect of planning to Alex is creating a unique atmosphere that feels like a signature event made specifically for each of her clients. A wine enthusiast and charcuterie board lover, Alex adds to our team a background in fashion merchandising and business administration that satisfies both her creative and organizational mindsets. She enjoys yoga and lives to explore the world, and brings her enthusiasm to the table in everything she does.
With an extremely energetic and bubbly personality, Paula comes to us with over a decade of experience in the industry. Having lived in a breadth of cities from Miami to New York to Boston and finally finding her way to us in Charlotte, she brings a unique perspective to the world of planning and doesn't shy away from thinking outside of the box. When she isn't planning weddings you can definitely find her planning her next trip! A lover of all things food and travel, Paula thrives on seeking new and exciting adventures. Regardless of what is thrown her way, she always keeps a positive attitude and never loses her smile. Being a hopeless romantic herself, she is devoted to ensuring your big day is everything you've always dreamed it to be.
Danielle moved to Charlotte from upstate New York where she grew up in the middle of an apple orchard. She’s always been drawn to all things nature and beauty. With a background in fashion management, design, and merchandising; planning events offers her the opportunity to appease her type A brain through endless list making, organizing and trouble shooting while also satisfying her artistic soul by designing, conceptualizing, and curating celebrations that are tailored to match each client's individual taste. The privilege of helping clients with their big day is something she finds so meaningful and rewarding. Her goal is to eliminate the stress and “unknown” so the big day and planning process can be fully enjoyed. When she’s not planning events, you’ll find her planning her next travel adventure, hiking with her dogs, or cooking and dancing around the kitchen.
Emily is a born-and-raised Charlotte local, with a passion for planning, organizing, and checklists. She has a history of piano and theater, and enjoys doing comedy skits for her online following. She is Mom to the cutest little boy, a German Shepherd, and a quirky parrot. Not only does she have a big heart for people, but Emily has been in veterinary care since 2016 to show her love towards animals too. Emily is known for being perky and positive, and will always commit her best to making the big day as magical as it should be! In her free time she loves swimming, hiking, exploring new parks, and going on adventures with friends and family.
Valerie was raised amidst the vibrant suburbs of Washington, D.C., before coming to Charlotte. She has a marketing background that eventually led her to a position as a Project Manager at a major tech firm, and for a while she was also the Event Lead for a nonprofit organization. Her natural organization skills only became sharper with her experience in these fields, all of which have easily translated to the skills of what makes an amazing planner, and coupled with her always-smiling personality, Valerie is able to seamlessly pull off incredible events from start to finish.
Her journey, influenced by her upbringing and her passion for her Latino heritage, has given her a special mix of cultural understanding and professional know-how. Valerie is fluent in both English and Spanish, making it easy for her to connect with people from different cultures. Overall, she is all about getting things done, building strong relationships along the way, and making sure that every event is something to be proud of. Outside of work, Valerie is a foster parent to pups waiting for their forever home and loves to unwind and enjoy life's simple moments, often spending free time snuggled up on the couch with her own two dogs or exploring the great outdoors on a hike.
Ande is a fun-loving spirit who thrives on getting to know new people and experiencing new things. A wide-open adventurer by nature, you'll often find her out on the dance floor at some point in the evening during "down time," and you'll never see her without a smile on her face. Her positive outlook and zest for life is nothing short of contagious, and her enthusiasm will leave everyone feeling they are ready to take on the world! Ande came to the company 8 years ago with a background in English and is one of the fastest people to respond to a text or email that you will ever find! She is quick to become close friends with her clients from day one, and she does whatever it takes to make sure the planning process is easy and smooth, no matter how much effort or time that may take. She is known for giving 110%.
Cas graduated with a degree in management accounting in the Philippines and is currently pursuing her master’s degree in public administration. She is a free-spirited person with an intellectual curiosity and an eagerness to learn new things. After several years in accounting, she decided to pursue a different passion, which led her to the events industry, where she was drawn to the satisfaction of seeing creative ideas to their completion. When she is not working, one of her favorite things is to crawl up in bed, binge-watching her favorite Korean Dramas. Cas is LPE's master of all trades and is always more than happy to jump in and help clients with anything they need!
